On the 7th November 2019, the signing of the joint Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between HLLS, HRLN and the MC2TC took place. It was both a significant and exciting moment for the region. This MOU was developed by staff and volunteers, to support the partnership between the organisations, and to provide guidance for the building of similar effective relationships at the state level.
