Three Valleys Landcare Group (TVLG) has been awarded a grant of $99,827 under the 2018 round of the Restoration and Rehabilitation program from the NSW Government’s Environmental Trust. This grant is for the delivery of the project entitled Putty Creek Restoration and will enable them to complete a three year program to improve the water quality of the creek, remove weed infestations, restore native vegetation and rectify erosion of the banks.
Ian David, Chair of TVLG, states “this is a significant level of funding from the state government and we are very appreciative of the trust put in our community to see the work done and done well.
