Course Content:

Theory (am)

9:00 – 12:00

: Firearm safety
: Legislation
: Principles and theory of marksmanship
: Aim points for humane destruction of animals

Practical (pm – live firing range) 1:00 – 4:00

: Grouping and zeroing
: Alternate position shooting : Introduction to shotguns

Note:

• Firearms license not required (unlicensed attendees are required to fill in a P650 declaration)
• Bring hearing and eye protection
• Attendees can complete their NSW Firearms Safety Awareness Course (pre-license test) during

  this day ($100 fee).
