Earthcare Park Landcare has shared with us the following observations provided by the Hunter Bird Observers Club. The attached list of 104 bird species is a significant milestone for the group and a far cry from the approximately 40 species observed some 10 years ago and the 75 species observed in 2016. This is a positive indicator of the growing habitat and the environmental significance of Earthcare Park and surrounds to the local area. More so, the results are a tell-tale of the incredible effort and contribution made by so many in transforming this once neglected area.
