The Mount Vincent Landcare group has recently launched a fresh assault on various weeds at their new project site. Mulbring Public School has a spare block of land adjacent to the school that runs down to Wallis Creek. Owned by the Department of Education and overrun by weeds, the local Landcare group have sprung into action, clearing Lantana and Aloe Vera that was smothering nearby native plants.The end goal is for the block to be accessible, enjoyed and used by local students, their families and more native fauna.
