Mid Coast 2 Tops and Hunter Region Landcare Networks are thrilled to host an exciting workshop for our community in November. With support from Hunter Local Land Services and in partnership with Purpose Partners, we will host a three day immersive Art of Hosting training workshop.

The Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter, also known as Participatory Leadership, offers simple and powerful participatory practices, patterns and processes to build personal leadership and host generative conversations. These approaches have been used effectively in diverse contexts worldwide to harness collective wisdom, support compassionate leadership, and create better social and environmental outcomes.

Our curated calling question: “ What becomes possible when we courageously step into a connected community-led future?” has been designed to encourage conversations about the power of community within our changing world, and the role our connections will play in our overall resilience. We strongly believe the wider the diversity of leadership roles, styles and experience in the room, the richer the outputs will be.

Click here to head to our course’s website and learn more about what the three days entails. If the course is of interest, please have a read and let Henrietta know if you have any questions. E: regionalhunterlandcare@gmail.com M: 0418 399 281
