Our Bushland Festival

Join us to celebrate Our Bushland in the Cessnock region. A natural gem with plants and birds found nowhere else on the planet! Queens Jubilee Tree Planting celebration at Bolwarra

Join us to commemorate the Platinum Jubilee of her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II with song- 'God save the Queen' and 'Advance Australia Fair'. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please wear long sleeves and pants, sturdy shoes, sunscreen and a hat.

Giant Native Plant Sale

Spring is the time to refresh your garden ready for summer and the Newcastle branch of the Australian Plant Society is ready to help you find native plants suitable for local gardens. Come along to Hunter Wetlands Centre on Saturday 24th September from 9.30am to 2.00pm for a giant native plant sale. Plants are only $3.00 each.
