Hear from Cessnock City Council’s Weeds Coordinator Barry Shepherd and Weeds Officer Maria Edmonds about the most significant weeds in your area. Receive advice and information on how council can help you manage your weeds.

Meet your district Hunter Local Land Services Biosecurity Officer and Veterinarian who will explain your responsibilities in controlling pest animals and the reporting of livestock diseases.

Where possible bring along a weed or two from your own property for identification (please include flowers, leaves, seeds and roots in a sealed container).
