2022 Landcare Training and Planting Activity Day

Dear Landcarer,

You Are Invited to Attend the 2022 Landcare Training and Planting Activity Day at Nobby’s Horseshoe Beach.

City of Newcastle is hosting a Training and Planting event for our Landcare Volunteers.

The event will include a planting activity as well as a 2 hour training session on plant identification and Bushland Regeneration practices.

The training will be provided by the Australian Association of Bush Regenerators (AABR) accredited Bushland Regenerator Trisha Barker and Education Officer Suzanne Pritchard.

Location: Horseshoe Beach / Nobby’s Foreshore Park

Date: Wednesday, the 22nd of June

Time: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Morning Tea and Lunch will be provided.

Please wear suitable clothing and PPE such as a long-sleeved shirt and pants, sturdy shoes, a hat and gloves if you have them. Tools will be provided.
